More than a decade after the groundbreaking first movie, Sin City, comes the sequel, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, which, for a fan, delivers the same magic, though several key characters have been recast; for example, you really miss Clive Owen. Others are still the same badass, like Mickey Rourke as Marv. If I remember correctly, the Marv character died at the end of the first film, so was Goldie. Both are resurrected, and without explanation; at the same time, Bruce Willis’s Callahan remains dead and appears as a vision to Nancy.

But, it’s the new entrants to the story, Eva Green, outrageously naked in most of her scenes, who steals the show from under everyone’s nose.
