The Craft Museum

The National Craft Museum, located at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, is indeed a wondrous place. The summer afternoon I wandered into the place it was all the more special because there were just a few stay visitors. I had the whole place to myself.

Then I wondered into this wonderful arena where they have built models of houses from various parts of India. It was so wonderfully life-like and the feeling was so wonderfully weird. I had the feeling that if I go and knock on the door, someone will come up and open the door, and invite me for some tea or some local hooch.

An evening well spent.
