Jodorowsky’s Dune



The ending of Jodorowsky’s Dune, a documentary about the greatest film never made. Mexican director Alejandro Jodorowsky, in his fourth and most ambition film, Dune, adapted from the beloved and popular science fiction novel by French author Frank Herbert, changed the ending, where the prophet protagonist is killed. Yet he doesn’t die. Says the director: …In the end his mind is the mind of every person. He is the plural being. I am the other, the others are me.”
