Hollywood blockbuster ‘Prometheus’, Ridley Scott’s return to the sci-fi territory, one of the most talked about popular film of the year, which eventually turned out to a big disappointment as it didn’t reach the destination it set out to find, brings to life a conspiracy theory, which has been around for a while, something which has now become a sort of pseudo-science — ‘Gods Drive An UFO’.

So, the Wayland Corporation, a company from the future, funds a trillion dollar project and, as the film begins, a bunch of motley crew arrive at the unknown destination, a veritable ‘Forbidden Planet’, but “manufactured”, as Red Hot Chili Peppers sings, ‘Space may be the final frontier, but it’s made in a Hollywood basement...”
