According to the IMD reports, the monsoon has finally reached Pune, apparently a day early.

So begins our trial by water for the next two months or so.

Here in Pune, when the rain falls from the sky, we wade under water, as the drains clog, and the gathering water finds no place to go (and our rivers are garbage dumps anyway.).

Here's to impending waterworld...
